We meet monthly on the first Monday at 6pm. If the first Monday is a holiday, you can join us for our meeting on the second Monday.

Will host the Texas CattleWomen FALL Convention

All meetings will take place in the Meeting Room at Producers Cooperative, 1800 N Texas Ave in Bryan. We will provide snacks & lunch on Saturday.

Friday 2:30 pm - Executive Committee Meeting @ Producers

Friday 3:30 pm - Board of Directors (Local Presidents OR a representative)

Friday 5:30 pm - ALL MEMBERS Fellowship @ Cadillac Ranch on Lake Bryan (8200 Sandy Point Road) in Bryan, Texas

Cover charge and appetizers provided by BVCW

Saturday 8:30 am - General Session

Lunch will be provided by BVCW

Hotel Information

A block of rooms has been reserved under "Brazos Valley CattleWomen Association" at Best Western Premier in Bryan for the night of October 24th at a special rate of $139. You must reserve your room by September 24th to secure this rate. Breakfast is complimentary at the hotel.
